Returns:
Currently I do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order please contact me as If something comes broken I will try to make things right. Im most cases everything is insured with usps.
About shipping speed:
All things sold here will be made to order. This means I will start making your idem once I receive your order. I wont ship an order unless it meets my standard for quality. With that said it can general take 2-12 days for me to make your item and ship it out. Below is a more likely time frame. Most smaller items like props or rides should ship in 2 business days.
Depending on the building and size most take roughly:
- Z scale buildings take 1-2 days
- N scale buildings take 1-4 days
- Ho Scale buildings take 2-7 days.
Quality:
Everything I sell is designed and is 3d printed by me. 3D printing is not a perfect technology so there will be some small defects. I am fairly picking on what meets spec. Some ho buildings may be slightly more prone to small defects do to there size.
What are the buildings made of?
Everything I sell is made of PLA plastic (Polylactic acid) Polylactic acid is a thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources.
Shipping Cost:
Currently it is much easier for me to list things with the shipping cost calculated into the listing. In most cases things should be cheaper on the site than ebay (excluding some sale items on ebay)
About Shipping outside the US:
Currently I am only shipping within the us on my site but can ship outside the us. Please contact me if you are interested in something in my shop.
